Clean single room, great location, with a fully staffed front desk available 24 hours, ensuring convenience for late arrivals or transportation needs.

Units with good beds. The location was ideal and quiet for walking around a large urban plaza.

we had a real good time. hotel overlooked city and the room was well priced and reasonably large. the staff was fabulously friendly and really friendly with good services. the location was favourable and fantastic for walking around a grand boulevard. there was a great restaurant, a shopping area and small markets next door.

Awesome place with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped with my evening plans on my first stay, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting! I'm coming back for a xmas.

Ideal and fairly clean hotel, marvellous and lovely location on how to get to out-of-the-way sites. Location so close to everything: entertainment, shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, Triana and Gran Via and Plazza Del Sol. Welcoming and very welcoming staff, early check in.

Scary area.

no complaints whatsoever, i liked the weekend. the location was marvellous and brilliant, you can visit a famed street by walking. the hotel was within minutes' walk from bars and restaurants.

Solo traveler for a decent stay

The location is prime, just steps away from everything I needed. The room was clean with fresh towels that actually smell good, and my bed? Super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering what I got, it was still acceptable.

I chose this hotel for its central position just a 5-minute walk from Puerta del Sol and was thrilled to find El Retiro Park only a short 15-minute stroll away, making my weekend city strolls enjoyable as I discovered Madrid's vibrant atmosphere and lush greens.

We explored amazing places like El Retiro Park and the Royal Palace. The hostel was in a fantastic location and super clean. Just be aware that the walls can be thin, so you might hear noise from the hallway.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the super clean bathrooms and the comfy twin beds. I loved the balcony overlooking a small plaza and the great value for money. I would definitely come back!
